“ I've ordered sushi on two occasions and was very happy with it both times. Pricing was reasonable. My first order was for carry-out and the order was ready on time. My second order was for dine in and the service was very pleasant. I'll definitely be back! ”
“ We live close by and have passed by this place many times, but we have never eaten there. My husband had a hankering for ramen, so we finally decided to give it a try. It's been open for a while, although there was quite some time when it was "take out only." Happily, it is now a regular sit-in restaurant. We arrived at 6:18 pm on a Sunday. We were greeted by a pleasant young man named Gabriel and seated quickly. There were about 8 others in the restaurant. We perused the menu and were ready to order, but Gabriel had not returned to inquire. Two ladies who sat down after us were already ordering from their waitress. We hailed Gabriel, and he quickly wrote down our order. We got our food at 6:45 p.m., so it was not an intolerable wait. My husband ordered egg drop soup, shrimp tempura, California roll, and garlic edamame. I ordered Ramen Tonkotsu with the addition of a soft-boiled egg and asked to hold the cabbage. We shared the egg drop soup. With a bit of soy sauce, it was delicious. My husband enjoyed the shrimp tempura and the California roll. He REALLY liked the garlic edamame, which had Japanese chili powder on it. My ramen was absolutely delicious. The soup was tasty and had a wonderful mouth feel, and the noodles were very good. I ate half my soup and was given a sturdy plastic container to take the rest home - dinner tomorrow, yay! Other than slightly slow service, we were very satisfied. As for ambiance, it is a plain-looking, no-frills restaurant, but the booths were comfortable. We noticed a room with Benihana-style cooking tables. Gabriel explained that they do not currently have a chef to do that kind of cooking, but one was in training, and they hoped to open it up soon. Yay! Price-wise was on par with other restaurants in the area. Bonus: They do the math for you with the suggested tips (20, 25,30%); with tips, our meals came to $64. We will most definitely return. I love ramen, and theirs was excellent. ”

“ I came back here on a Tuesday night. I was greeted by the staff and quickly seated in a comfortable booth. The restaurant was nicely lit and clean. This was my second visit and was in the mood for ramen. I ordered the pork ton katsu with egg and extra pork. The friendly server brought it out quickly. Hot and flavorful with the right amount of salt and fat. Pork was tasty. This was my second visit. The first time I had the chicken donburi. It was also delicious and prepared just as expected. I've recently moved from CA and this restaurant is on par with the ones there. Minus one star for charging $3.50 for a can of coke. ”
“ This is the best kept secret in Prescott. Japanese food made by a Japanese chef. From the personal service of being greeted by the chef and followed up with by the waiter, the hostess, and the chef throughout the meal was unbelievable. Service of this caliber does not exist in Prescott. The food was so fresh, well made, and I wouldn't have changed anything about it. The restaurant is so open, with natural light, making it welcoming and refreshing. With so many WZ places opening by the minute and cranking out dishes without authenticity, love, and service, Unsui was a welcoming surprise. Maybe the best restaurant in Prescott? ”
“ Second time here and everything was excellent. Took photos as the presentation was good as well. Seemed like there was only one waitress and she was all over the place as things were busy, but she managed it all professionally and with ease. One table had a group of 11 ladies, and as we left we passed them and they all had separate checks. Poor waitress. Great food and overall experience. ”
